WHAT WE DO
Parents Without Partners holds a variety of adult and family social, recreational and educational activities and programmes.
Family Activities
These may include barbecues, picnics, camps, discos, sport, craft and games nights.
Adult Activities
A regular programme of dances, parties, restaurant nights, movies and theatre functions are organised
for parents.
Parent Education
Guest speakers, and group discussions are arranged regularly on a wide variety of topics of interest.
These include parenting skills, money management, self-development and interpersonal skills. Many of the topics are suggested by members.
Networking
All members are single parents and can pass on tips and share their experiences. We understand what you are going through.

HOW DO I JOIN?
Contact our head office at Oasis House and you will be given the date and location for the next new members’ information session to be held in your area. After attending the session you will be given a month’s free membership with Parents Without Partners. In that month you are invited to attend as many family and/or adult activities as you wish. At the end of the month, you may join Parents Without Partners by filling in a membership form and sending it plus the membership fee to our head office.
FEES
The current yearly fee is $55.00 (includes GST). For those with financial difficulties there is a part-payment system.
The fees are spent on operating costs for the Head Office and the printing of the monthly newsletter "Stepping Stone".
